Carnival reserves the right to impose a fuel supplement of up to $10 per guest, per day on all guests if the price of West Texas Intermediate Fuel exceeds $65USD per barrel.

Onboard your cruise the following is included:  room accommodations; most meals; shipboard entertainment and activities; Coffee; tea; water; milk; and select juices.  Soda, alcoholic beverages, specialty coffee, and some juices are available for purchase.  Room accommodations are available in standard inside staterooms, ocean view staterooms, and balcony staterooms. Suites and other room types available on request.

What’s not included in our package rate?
Travel Insurance; transportation to Galveston; parking fees; airline luggage fees; meals off the cruise ship; any specialty dinner restaurants onboard your ship; optional sightseeing tours in the ship’s ports of call; items of personal nature; and passport fees.

Passport Requirements:
We recommend you have a valid passport for this cruise.  However, this cruise would allow US Citizens to cruise with a Birth Certificate and a government issued photo ID.  The fees for a passport are around $160 and it will take about 4-6 weeks to process your passport application.  If you already have a passport, please make sure it will not expire prior to Aug 1, 2017.  Your passport will be good for 10 years from the date of issue.  If you are not a US Citizen, please contact GalaxSea Cruises & Tours for the required documents on this cruise.

Travel Protection Insurance:
A comprehensive travel insurance plan is available to protect you and your vacation costs.  This comprehensive plan includes protection for cancellation fees, travel delays, lost/delayed baggage, medical reimbursement, emergency evacuation, and 24 hour emergency assistance service.  A description of coverage will be included with your travel documents.  To receive a copy before departure, please contact GalaxSea Cruises & Tours.  This travel protection plan is administered by Travel Guard.  Further details and insurance costs are available on the Consumer Terms page of this flyer.

How Do I Sign Up?
Reservations are being accepted now and are sold first-come, first-served.  Check, cash, money order, or most major credit cards are accepted for your initial deposit of $250.00 per person.  Once your deposit is made, a letter will be sent confirming your space.  Legal names are required as they appear on your passport (or driver’s license), along with date of birth, telephone number, and mailing address.  Additional payments will be due at later intervals prior to your departure.  For your convenience a reservation form is enclosed for you to complete and mail with your payment.  You may copy this flyer for your friends or family.

Payment Schedule:
We have a limited number of spaces and space is sold first come first served.  Your first deposit of $250 per person is due when your booking is made.  Your final balance will be due by May 3, 2017.  Monthly payment plans are also available.
Consumer Terms and Conditions

GalaxSea Cruises & Tours and Brent Sills are acting as a mere agent for the Cruise & Airline SUPPLIERS in selling travel related services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by GalaxSea or Brent (parties).  These parties, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional careless actions or omissions on part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, or injury to you or your companions or group members.  Unless the term “guaranteed” is specifically stated in schedule, or handling of personal effects.

These parties shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside of their control.  These parties are not responsible for cancellation of any service/s and or refunds from any supplier or carrier that may cease operations.

Traveler is herby warned of the above risks as well as possible travel industry bankruptcies and medical and climatic disruptions, and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them.  Traveler’s retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall constitute consent to the above and an agreement on his/her part and is expected to convey the contents hereto to his/her travel companions or group members.

Cancellation Penalties/Fees:

Travel Protection Insurance is available for purchase on your package.  Cancellation fees are charged regardless of your reason to cancel.  Our comprehensive travel insurance plan is offered thru Travel Guard Insurance Services.  This plan is designed to help protect you and your vacation investment.  Our plan includes cancellation coverage, baggage coverage, and medical coverage.  To purchase this insurance plan your premium should be paid at time of deposit.  However, you may add the plan up until final payment (May 3, 2017).  Your policy does not go into effect until your premium is paid.  Once purchased this premium is non-refundable.  A description of the policy will be provided with your travel documents. The plan benefits are per person and are as follows:
