Onboard the cruise your room accommodations, food, entertainment, and activities are included. Coffee, water, ice tea, and juices are complimentary. Soda and alcoholic beverages are available for purchase. Other items such as spa services, shore excursions, souvenirs, and items of personal nature are also not included in your package price. *Taxes and fees are subject to change at any time prior to sailing.
Deposit/Payments
$100.00 per person deposit will confirm your space. Prices are based on two passengers per room. If you need a room to accommodate three or four guests, we can make those arrangements (please call quickly to reserve those types of rooms). A Check, Cash, Money Order or Major Credit Card can be used to make payments. Please make checks payable to GalaxSea Cruises & Tours. Additional payment of $300.00 per person will be due by January 31, 2008. Final payment will be due by July 26, 2008.
When is the last date to sign up?

Room Descriptions & Prices:
Inside Staterooms are located on the interior portion of the ship and will not have a window or any view. These rooms are typically 185 square feet in size and have a private bath with shower, vanity, closet, and two beds on the floor (convertible to King size bed). These rooms are located on Deck 1 (Riviera Deck, Category 4A), and Deck 2 (Main Deck, Category 4B)
- Cruise Package rate is $ 599.00 per person (Riviera Deck)
- Cruise Package rate is $ 649.00 per person (Main Deck)
Ocean View Staterooms are located on the outside portion of the ship and will have a picture size window (3x4 feet). These rooms are approximately 220 square feet and have a private bath with shower, vanity, closet, sitting area, and two beds on the floor (convertible to King Size Bed). These rooms are located on Deck 1 (Riviera Deck, Category 6A), and Deck 2 (Main Deck, Category 6B)
- Cruise Package rate is $ 725.00 per person (Riviera Deck)
- Cruise package rate is $ 750.00 per person (Main Deck)
Balcony Staterooms are located on the outside portion of the ship and each room has your own private balcony. These rooms are typically 200 square feet with a balcony of 40 square feet. The balcony is usually accessed by a full size sliding glass door. Each balcony has two chairs and a table. The room has a private bath with shower, vanity, closet, sitting area, and two beds on the floor (convertible to King size bed). These rooms are located on Deck 6 (Upper Deck, Category 8A)

Package rates are per person, based on double occupancy. Some rooms are available to accommodate three or four guests, please call GalaxSea Cruises for these room prices.
What’s NOT included? There are a few items not included in our package. These are; Trip protection insurance; cruise gratuities; meals while off the ship; shipboard soft drinks or alcoholic beverages; and any other shipboard purchase, including land tours, and any items of personal nature.
Trip Protection Insurance: A comprehensive travel insurance plan can be purchased to protect you and your vacation. This policy includes cancellation and interruption coverage, baggage coverage, medical coverage, and emergency travel assistance. The insurance premium is based on your total trip cost and age. It is suggested that you purchase the insurance policy with initial deposit, but no later than the final payment date. See the Consumer Terms & Conditions page for details regarding this travel insurance. Cruise Gratuities – Current cruise gratuities for this cruise are $70.00 per person. We can collect these gratuities upfront with your package payments. These “pre-paid” gratuities will cover your Room Steward, Dining Room Waiter, Assistant Waiter, and the lido deck restaurant. Gratuities to the Maitre‘d are paid onboard the ship. The payment for the pre-paid gratuities can be made with your final payment.
Additional Package Options & Suggestions:
Pre Cruise Hotel in Galveston, Texas – Enjoy some extra time on beautiful Galveston Island. I will put together a “pre-cruise” hotel stay in Galveston. This pre-cruise package will consist of (1) or (2) nights in Galveston before the cruise with parking and transfers. This package is not yet priced, so we will have to wait on prices. I expect to have these details by January 2008.
Air transportation – If you will need air transportation for this cruise, please indicate that on your reservation form. It is too early to price this option but we will put together a group package for anyone flying. All flight come into Houston, and a transfer from the airport to the shi p takes about 1-1 & ½ hours. Information regarding our package will be announced by January 2008. Please register for air transportation from your home city on the enclosed reservation form.
Travel Insurance – Insurance is so important now days. I can give you many horror stories about people who have lost money because they did not purchase insurance. The cost of the insurance is very minimal compared to your vacation. The reason we suggest insurance is because cancellation penalties will apply if you should cancel. Travel insurance rates will be announced by January 2008.
Cancellation Penalties – There will be cancellation penalties that start in January 2008. A full description of cancellation penalties are listed on the Consumer Disclosure Notice. For this reason, trip protection insurance is strongly suggested for you.
Deposits & Payments – Your initial deposit of $100.00 will confirm your space and guarantee your rate. You can pay a $400.00 per person deposit, and secure your room assignment onboard the ship. Additional payment dates will follow in January and July, 2008. If you are purchasing air transportation, those payments will be announced by January 2008. Monthly payment plans are available, please call for details.

GalaxSea Cruises & Tours, and any other entity associated with this cruise package is acting as a mere agent for the SUPPLIERS in selling travel-related services, or in accepting reservations or booking for services that are not directly supplied by these party’s. These party’s, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional careless actions or omissions on part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, or injury to you or your companions or group members. Unless the term "guaranteed" is specifically stated in schedule, or handling of personal effects. These parties shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside of their control. These parties are not responsible for cancellation of any service/s and or refunds from any supplier or carrier that may cease operations.Traveler is hereby warned of the above risks as well as possible travel industry bankruptcies and medical and climatic disruptions, and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them. Traveler's retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall constitute consent to the above and an agreement on his/her part and is expected to convey the contents hereto to his/her travel companions or group members.

Travel Protection Insurance
Travel Insurance is the most overlooked travel purchase. Cancellation fees are charged regardless of your reason to cancel. The comprehensive travel insurance plan is offered from GalaxSea Cruises & Tours will help protect you and your vacation investment. Our discounted group plan includes cancellation coverage, baggage coverage, and medical coverage. To purchase this insurance plan your premium should be paid no later than the final payment date (July 26, 2008). Your policy does not go into effect until your premium is paid. Once purchased this premium is non-refundable. A description of the policy will be provided with your travel documents. For a copy before departure, please contact GalaxSea Cruises & Tours. Purchase your insurance and time of deposit for additional coverage. You will receive a “pre-existing” medical condition waiver if your insurance plan is purchased at time of your first deposit.
