Deposit/Payments
You can lock in your rate for a $100.00 per person deposit. Prices are based on two passengers per room. If you need a room to accommodate three or four guests, we can make those arrangements (please call quickly to reserve those types of rooms). A Check, Cash, Money Order or Major Credit Card can be used to make payments. Please make checks payable to GalaxSea Cruises & Tours. A second deposit of $200 per person will be due by April 10, 2010. Final payment will be due by July 16, 2010. You can also pay your $300 per person deposit and lock in your room location. Some rooms will require the full deposit to confirm.
When is the last date to sign up?
Space is sold on a first come first served basis. We don’t have a lot of space, so we suggest signing up now. After January 16th we are not able to guarantee our price without an initial deposit.. A reservation form is enclosed for you to join. Please complete and mail it to GalaxSea Cruises & Tours. Please note: Certain room types are not confirmed until deposit is paid. Monthly payment plans are available.
What’s NOT included? There are a few items not included in our package. They are: Trip protection insurance; airline luggage fees; meals while off the ship; shipboard soft drinks or alcoholic beverages; and any other shipboard purchase, including sightseeing tours, and any items of personal nature.
Trip Protection Insurance: A comprehensive travel insurance plan can be purchased to protect you and your vacation. This policy includes cancellation and interruption coverage, baggage coverage, medical coverage, and emergency travel assistance. The insurance premium is based on your trip cost and age. Starting prices are $69.00 per person. It is suggested that you purchase the insurance policy with initial deposit, but no later than the final payment date. See the Consumer Terms & Conditions page for details regarding this travel insurance. To enroll for coverage, indicate “Yes” next to the trip insurance line on your reservation form, or contact Ken at 1-800-428-6290.
Cruise Gratuities – for this cruise they are $70.00 per person. These gratuities are INCLUDED in our package rate. These “pre-paid” gratuities will cover your Room Steward, Dining Room Waiter, Assistant Waiter, and the lido deck restaurant. Gratuities to the Maitre‘d are not included and are to be paid onboard the ship.

Room Descriptions & Prices:
Inside Staterooms are located on the interior portion of the ship and will not have a window or any view. These rooms are typically 185 square feet in size and have a private bath with shower, vanity, closet, and two beds on the floor (convertible to King size bed). These rooms are located mid-ship on Main Deck, Category 4C. Free deck upgrade is now included on our package.
Kelly Group Package rate is $1,141.00 per person
Ocean View Staterooms are located on the outside portion of the ship and will have a picture size window (3x4 feet). These rooms are approximately 220 square feet and have a private bath with shower, vanity, closet, sitting area, and two beds on the floor (convertible to King Size Bed). These rooms are located mid-ship on Main Deck, Category 6C. Free deck upgrade is now included on our package.
Kelly Group Package rate is $1,241.00 per person
Balcony Staterooms are located on the outside portion of the ship and each has your own private balcony. These rooms are typically 200 square feet with a balcony of 40 square feet. The balcony is usually accessed by a full view glass door. Each balcony has two chairs and a table. The room has a private bath with shower, vanity, closet, sitting area, and two beds on the floor (convertible to King size bed). We have different balcony rooms to choose from:
Deck 8 Balcony room is $1,381.00 per person (Free Deck Upgrade now included)
Deck 8 AFT Balcony rate is $1,541.00 per person (full deposit required to confirm)
Corner Balcony rate is $1,741.00 per person (full deposit required to confirm)
Items included in the Kelly Group Package: roundtrip air transportation from Tulsa, OK to Los Angeles, CA (other departure cities available); transfers between the airport & hotel, hotel & pier, and pier & airport; your cruise fare with all taxes; cruise gratuities; personal itineraries and cruise information; a complimentary bon voyage bottle of champagne in your stateroom; and a $50 onboard room credit (per room).
Package rates are per person, based on double occupancy, and include your onboard room accommodations, most meals, cruise gratuities, shipboard entertainment and activities, beverages like coffee, tea, water, milk and juices. Soft drinks and alcoholic beverages are available for purchase. Some rooms are available to accommodate three or four guests, please call GalaxSea Cruises for these room rates.
Long Beach Hotel – Included in our package is (1) night pre-cruise hotel room at the Courtyard Long Beach. Located in the downtown area, we are just minutes from restaurants and night-life. The Aquarium of the Pacific is a short (free) trolley ride from the hotel. Room and tax is included and additional nights can be purchased if desired.
Additional Package Features:
Travel Insurance – Insurance is so important these days. I can relate many horror stories about people who have lost money because they did not purchase insurance. The cost of the insurance is very minimal compared to your vacation. The reason we recommend insurance is because cancellation penalties will apply if you should cancel. Travel insurance rates start at $69 per person (inside room). To purchase your plan, please call Ken.

The Fine Print
Consumer Terms & Conditions
GalaxSea Cruises & Tours, and any other entity associated with this cruise package is acting as a mere agent for the SUPPLIERS in selling travel-related services, or in accepting reservations or booking for services that are not directly supplied by these parties. These parties, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional careless actions or omissions on part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, or injury to you or your companions or group members. Unless the term "guaranteed" is specifically stated in schedule, or handling of personal effects.
These parties shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside of their control. These parties are not responsible for cancellation of any service/s and or refunds from any supplier or carrier that may cease operations.
Traveler is hereby warned of the above risks as well as possible travel industry bankruptcies and medical and climatic disruptions, and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them. Traveler's retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall constitute consent to the above and an agreement on his/her part and is expected to convey the contents hereto to his/her travel companions or group members.
Cancellation Penalties/Fees:

Travel Protection Insurance
Travel Insurance is the most overlooked travel purchase. Cancellation fees are charged regardless of your reason to cancel. The comprehensive travel insurance plan is offered from GalaxSea Cruises & Tours and Travel Guard Insurance Services will help protect you and your vacation investment. Our discounted group plan includes cancellation coverage, baggage coverage, and medical coverage. To purchase this insurance plan your premium should be paid no later than the final payment date (July 16, 2010). Your policy does not go into effect until your premium is paid. Once purchased this premium is non-refundable. A description of the policy will be provided with your travel documents. For a copy before departure, please contact GalaxSea Cruises & Tours.
