Onboard the ship your room accommodations, food, entertainment, and activities are included. Coffee, water, ice tea, and juices are complimentary. Soda and alcoholic beverages are available for purchase. Other items such as spa services, shore excursions, souvenirs, and items of personal nature are not included in your price.
Deposit/Payments
A $500.00 per person deposit is required no later than October 1, 2010. This is fully refundable until February 10, 2011. Prices are based on two passengers per room. A Check, Cash, Money Order or Major Credit Card can be used to make payments. Please make checks payable to GalaxSea Cruises & Tours. A second deposit of $500 per person will be due by February 10, 2011. The final payment will be due by July 15, 2011.
When is the last date to sign up?
Space is sold on a first come, first served, basis. We don’t have a lot of space, so we suggest signing up soon. After October 1, 2010, our price is subject to remaining availability. A reservation form is available for you to join. Please complete and mail it to GalaxSea Cruises & Tours.
What’s NOT included? There are a few items not included in our package. They are: Trip protection insurance; airline luggage fees; meals while off the ship; shipboard soft drinks or alcoholic beverages; and any other shipboard purchase, including sightseeing tours, and any items of personal nature.
Trip Protection Insurance: A comprehensive travel insurance plan can be purchased to protect you and your vacation. This policy includes cancellation and interruption coverage, baggage coverage, medical coverage, and emergency travel assistance. The insurance premium is based on your trip cost and age. Starting prices are $149.00 per person. It is suggested that you purchase the insurance policy with initial deposit, but no later than the final payment date. See the Consumer Terms & Conditions page for details regarding this travel insurance. Cruise Gratuities – Gratuities are $138.00 per person. These gratuities are INCLUDED in our package rate. The “pre-paid” gratuities will cover your Room Steward, Dining Room Waiter, Assistant Waiter, and the Lido deck Oceanview Cafe. Gratuities to the Maître’d are not included and are to be paid onboard the ship.
Room Descriptions & Prices:
Inside Staterooms are located on the interior portion of the ship and will not have a window or any view. These rooms are typically 183-200, square feet in size and have a private bath with shower, vanity, closet, and two beds on the floor (convertible to King size bed). These rooms are located on decks 9, 10, 11, and 12.
GalaxSea Group Package rate is $ 3,950.00 per person
Ocean View Staterooms are located on the outside portion of the ship and will have a picture size window (3x4 feet). These rooms are approximately 177 square feet and have a private bath with shower, vanity, closet, sitting area, and two beds on the floor (convertible to King Size Bed). These rooms are located mid-ship on decks 7 and 8.
GalaxSea Group Package rate is $ 4,150.00 per person
Deluxe Balcony Staterooms are located on the outside portion of the ship and each has your own private balcony. These rooms are typically 194 square feet with a balcony of 54 square feet. The balcony is accessed by a full view glass door. Each balcony has two chairs and a table. The room has a private bath with shower, vanity, closet, sitting area, and two beds on the floor (convertible to King size bed). We have different balcony rooms to choose from:

Items included in the GalaxSea Group Package: roundtrip air transportation from Tulsa, OK to Barcelona, Spain, (other departure cities available); transfers between the airport & hotel, hotel & pier, and pier & airport; your cruise fare with all taxes; cruise gratuities; personal itineraries and cruise information; and other amenities per room..
Package rates are per person, based on double occupancy, and include your onboard room accommodations, most meals, cruise gratuities, shipboard entertainment and activities, beverages like coffee, tea, water, milk and juices. Soft drinks and alcoholic beverages are available for purchase. Some rooms are available to accommodate three or four guests, please call GalaxSea Cruises for these room rates.
Hotel Colon Barcelona – Included in our package is (3) nights pre-cruise hotel room at the Colon, and continental breakfast for two. Located in the heart of the city, we are just minutes from restaurants and night-life. The 13th Century Gothic Cathedral is just across the street from the hotel. Room and tax is included as well as breakfast for two.

Travel Insurance – Insurance is so important these days. I can relate many horror stories about people who have lost money because they did not purchase insurance. The cost of the insurance is very minimal compared to your vacation. The reason we recommend insurance is because cancellation penalties will apply if you should cancel. Travel insurance rates start at $149 per person (inside room). To purchase your plan, please call Karol.
Cancellation Penalties – Penalties will begin on February 10, 2011. A full description of cancellation penalties is listed on the Consumer Disclosure Notice. Once airline tickets are confirmed, they have additional penalties to change or cancel. We anticipate our tentative airline schedule by January, 2011 and we plan for those tickets to be non-refundable.
The Fine Print Consumer Terms & Conditions
GalaxSea Cruises & Tours, and any other entity associated with this cruise package is acting as a mere agent for the SUPPLIERS in selling travel-related services, or in accepting reservations or booking for services that are not directly supplied by these parties. These parties, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional careless actions or omissions on part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, or injury to you or your companions or group members. Unless the term "guaranteed" is specifically stated in schedule, or handling of personal effects. Rates are based on prices in effect now, and any fuel supplements or taxes, as well as hotel pricing due to the Euro fluctuation, are subject to change.
These parties shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside of their control. These parties are not responsible for cancellation of any service/s and or refunds from any supplier or carrier that may cease operations.
Traveler is hereby warned of the above risks as well as possible travel industry bankruptcies and medical and climatic disruptions, and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them. Traveler's retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall constitute consent to the above and an agreement on his/her part and is expected to convey the contents hereto to his/her travel companions or group members.
